YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. Dilwale.ai IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO THE CONDUCT OF MEMBERS. YOU RECOGNIZE THAT Dilwale.ai DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS MEMBERS OR ELSE INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS MEMBERS.
PRIVACY
Use of the Dilwale.ai Site and/or the Dilwale.ai Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation on Liability: In no event will Dilwale.ai be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.

MEMBERSHIP

In consideration for Dilwale.ai r allowing you to use the Service, you agree that we, our affiliates, and our third-party partners may place advertising on the Service.
You agree that Dilwale.ai may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or discovery is reasonably necessary.
Privacy of Membership :
Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.
Kindly note that, your membership in Dilwale.ai is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
About Cancellation : MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if a member chooses to terminate the membership.
Online Conduct : You are responsible for the content and information including profile and photograph you post or transmit through Dilwale.ai services. You will not post or transmit any content or information in whatever form they may be contained that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights.
To enhance the security of its members, Dilwale has restricted copying and saving images and content from certain sections of the portal.
We validate only the profile details of the member. Character verification has to be done by interested parties themselves.
DISCLAIMER
Dilwale.ai PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY APPLICABLE LAW ANDTAKES NO OBLIGATION FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU OR ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD-PARTY POSTS, SENDS OR RECEIVES THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR GAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN CHOICE AND RISK.
Dilwale.ai DISCLAIMS AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANY OTHER MEMBER, ON OR OFF THE SERVICE.
REFUND OF FEE
If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Provision of Service: Dilwale.ai will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member
Suggestions, Complaints, Disputes: Suggestions and complaints are to be first addressed to Dilwale’s customer care team at helpdesk@Dilwale.ai
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safety Tips, and any Terms disclosed to you if you purchase or have purchased the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and Dilwale.ai
If any delivery of this Agreement is held invalid, the balance of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Dilwale.ai to exercise or impose any right or provision of this Agreement shall not create a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that your Dilwale.ai account is non-transferable and all of your rights to your account and its Content terminate upon the end of the membership.
