1. What information does Dilwale.ai collect?

Dilwale.ai is an online dating service where members can search for other members and communicate with them.

1.1. To join Dilwale.ai, you will have to complete our online registration form, where we ask you to provide us with information about you such as:
- your name and nickname
- your email address
- your gender
- the gender of your preferred matches
- your date of birth
- your location details
- your profile photo

You also have the opportunity to provide other details about yourself, but these are optional. Because you control your user profile, these details are available to you at any time by accessing 'My profile' page and 'Email settings' page, which gives you the chance to correct or update your information at any time, except for your gender and date of birth.

1.2. This is the list of additional data we can have on you:

- answers to non-mandatory profile questions
- photo, video, and audio files that you upload to the site or add to your favorites
- your banners
- your wall posts, both on your own wall, and on the walls of other members
- your comments to wall posts, uploads, news articles, etc.
- events and companion ads you have created
- IDs of objects you have liked (uploads, wall posts, etc.)
- rates you have given other members
- your answers to polls
- every message that you send on the site (in the mailbox, messenger, etc.)
- cookies (see below)
- geolocation

1.3. Does Dilwale.ai collect my personal data if I am not a member and just visit the site?

No. We do not collect any personal data about visitors to our site. If you do visit us without becoming a member, we will place session ID cookies on your computer.

1.4. What does Dilwale.ai collect about me if I use the mobile app?

Dilwale.ai offers you the opportunity to stay in touch with the contacts you've made no matter where you are.

We may ask you to allow us access to your location information including latitude and longitude. This information lets you search for other members in a certain radius from your current location. You can disable the permission by going to your phone Settings > Location > Disable tracking or similar.

1.5. What information is collected from me if I pay for your services?

We do not collect any financial information nor your chosen payment method. Please note that while we do not store any credit card or other payment card details, our payment service providers may do so.

1.6. Can Dilwale.ai collect information about me from other sites I use, such as Facebook?

If you have registered on our website or app via a social network (such as Facebook), we will connect your profile in your service with your profile on the social network website for your convenience, to let you use this sign on option further. The information that we request includes basic details such as your name, gender, date of birth, email address. However, we may only collect the information that you have made publicly available on your social network profile, and we will ask you to answer the rest of the mandatory profile questions separately in the case we have not been able to collect it from your social network profile.

In order to revoke access, please visit the application settings on your social network profile and follow the instructions to remove the access permissions.

2. How do you use the information and who do you share it with?

2.1. Why does Dilwale.ai have to collect all this information?

The Dilwale.ai online dating service is designed to make it easy for you to find, connect and interact with other members by posting information about yourself and seeing what other people have shared about themselves.

All the information that we collect about you is required for our service to properly perform its functions of connecting you with other individuals.

2.2. What should I consider before disclosing personal information about myself?

When using our service, you should assume that anything you post or submit will be publicly viewable and accessible. We recommend and encourage you to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. Please be careful about posting sensitive details about yourself on your profile such as your religious denomination and health details. Please remember that photos or video files that you post on Dilwale.ai may reveal these kinds of sensitive personal data. Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive data about yourself, you are explicitly consenting to our processing your information and making this public to other users.

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging services, the amount of personal data you share is at your own risk.

2.3. Does Dilwale.ai share my personal information with third parties?

We share your data with the following categories of third-parties:
- information technology companies (hardware and software) which provide services to support our product
- payment processing and telecommunications companies to facilitate payments for our premium services and memberships

We may start sharing anonymised data for advertising purposes, but only after we receive explicit consent from you.

We may be required by law to share your data with law enforcement agencies. We will cooperate with law enforcement enquiries from within or outside your country of residence. This may include disclosing your personal data to government or law enforcement agencies, or private parties, when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is required by law or when we, in our discretion, believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, or those of third parties and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.

2.4. What are 'cookies' and what 'cookies' does Dilwale.ai use?

A cookie is a piece of text stored on your computer or mobile by your web browser. Cookies store information about website visits, recognise you and your preferences each time you visit Dilwale.ai and ensure proper site functionality.

Our use of cookies and local storage devices basically falls into the following categories:

3. How does Dilwale.ai protect my personal information?

3.1. For how long do you store my personal information?

At the moment, your profile and any files you have uploaded (photos, videos, audio files) are stored indefinitely, unless you request otherwise.

3.2. How can I delete my profile and personal information?

You have two ways to delete your profile and personal information from our site. The first is to send your request using the Contact us form on the site, or by emailing Contact@dilwale.ai We will delete your profile within 2 business days, without the option to restore it.

The second is to delete your profile yourself. You can delete your profile by going to Settings > Delete account > and clicking 'Delete profile permanently'. Your profile and personal details will be immediately deleted from the site, without the option to restore them.

After your profile is deleted, we will keep information such as your name, nickname and email address for anti-fraud and anti-spam purposes and as a reference, to prevent any abuse or misuse of our services. Your profile will not be visible anywhere on the site.

Warning: Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal data they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.

Removed and deleted information may persist in backup copies for up to 30 days to enable restoration, but will not be available to others in the meantime.

3.3. How do you protect the information you store about me?

Dilwale.ai has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal data. Dilwale.ai uses reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal data such as secured servers using firewalls.

While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of our website, member database and records, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal data safe (including your password) and to log out of your account after use.

We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while it is being transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal data we have procedures and security features in place to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We shall inform you within 72 hours in case there has been a data breach, by sending an email to your registration email address and by posting the announcement on our site's news page.

Dilwale.ai Guidelines

Welcome to the Dilwale.ai community. Everyone is held to the same standard on Dilwale.ai. We’re asking you to be thoughtful, think before you act, and abide by our community guidelines both on and offline. If you’re true, kind and humble to others, you’ll always be welcome here. If you choose not to be, you may not last. Our aim is to allow users to express themselves easily as long as it doesn’t upset others. You heard that right: your offline behavior can lead to termination of your Dilwale.ai account.

Dilwale.ai is not for:

Violence and Physical Harm

We do not tolerate vicious, graphic, or gory content on Dilwale.ai, or any actions or content that advocate for or impend violence of any sort, plus threatening or promoting terrorism. Physical assault, bullying, and any acts of violence are firmly prohibited. Content that advocates for or glorifies suicide or self-harm is also not permitted.

Hate Speech

Any content that promotes, advocates for, or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.

Nudity/Sexual Content

No nudity, no sexually explicit content, and don’t register all of your sexual desires in your bio. Keep it clean.

Harassment

Do not engage, or encourage others to engage, in any targeted misuse or harassment against any other user. This includes sending any unwanted sexual content to your matches. Reports of stalking, threats, bullying, or intimidation, are taken very seriously.

Private Information

Don’t publicly broadcast any secluded information, yours or anyone else’s. This includes social security numbers, passports, passwords, financial information or unpublished contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, home/work address.

Solicitation

Soliciting other users is prohibited on Dilwale.ai. It’s fine to request your matches to something that you’re doing, but if the purpose of your profile is to advertise your event or business, non-profit, political campaign, contest, or to conduct research, we may delete your account. While we’re excited that you’re doing a comedy show next week, please don’t use Dilwale.ai to promote it.

Prostitution and Trafficking

Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from Dilwale.ai.

Scamming

Dilwale.ai has a zero-tolerance policy on destructive behavior of any kind. Anyone attempting to get other users’ private information for fraudulent or illegal activity may be banned. Any user caught sharing their own financial account information (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) for the purpose of receiving money from other users may also be banned from Dilwale.ai.

Impersonation

Be yourself! Don’t pretend to be someone else.

Do not imitate, or otherwise misrepresent affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity. This includes imitation accounts.

Spam

Don’t be fake. Be real instead. Don’t use Dilwale.ai to drive people to external websites via a link or otherwise.

Minors

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Dilwale.ai. As such, we do not allow images of unaccompanied minors. If you want to post photos of your children, please make sure that you are in the photo as well. If you see a profile that includes an unaccompanied minor, encourages harm to a minor, or depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive way, please report it immediately.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

If it’s not yours, don’t post it. If your Dilwale.ai profile includes any work that is copyrighted or trademarked by others, don’t display it, unless you are allowed to do so.

One Person, One Account

Dilwale.ai accounts cannot have multiple owners, so don’t create an account with your friend or significant other. Additionally, please don’t maintain multiple Dilwale.ai accounts.

Third Party Apps or Portals

The use of any apps or Websites created by anyone other than Dilwale.ai that claim to offer our service or unlock special Dilwale.ai features is not allowed.

Account Inactivity

We may delete your account for inactivity, so please ensure you are active if you have a membership.
